Overview
In 2021, Utpal “UV” Vaishnav and Kavita Vaishnav, founders of Upsquare, established Enrise Social Foundtion to advance human consciousness.
Societies often operate on fear and rules, limiting potential. Enrise aims to transcend these limits and create a more habitable world by raising human consciousness.
For uneducated and underprivileged individuals, a lack of awareness and resources can foster a perception of danger.
Enrise provides the necessary resources and knowledge to build confidence and capabilities, empowering individuals to thrive.
Our programs focus on bridging the gap between privileged and underprivileged communities, aligned with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals to promote sustainable livelihoods, women’s health, and education.
Enrise began in western India, dedicated to addressing global sustainability needs through dreams, daring, and determination.

Our vision is to create a world where every individual, human and non-human, can reach their full potential and live a fulfilling life in a state of flow.
We aim to empower and educate communities, break down barriers, and promote awareness, understanding, and compassion for all living beings.

The First Volunteer’s Message
Utpal “UV” Vaishnav
Although I learned this Sloka in my childhood, its essence became clear to me much later in life:
कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन । मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भुर्मा ते संगोऽस्त्वकर्मणि ॥
The Sanskrit text translates to: “One has a right to action (Karma) but not to the fruits thereof.”
I realized that if one is driven by the results of their actions, they inadvertently become anti-life.
Once I grasped this dimension, I couldn’t turn back. This understanding became the foundation upon which I built the Upsquare:
પ્રયત્ન મનુષ્યના હાથમાં છે, પરિણામ નહીં.
(Man has control over effort, not results.)
Enrise, the CSR wing of the Upsquare, embodies the spirit of our corporate culture, constantly reminding us of the purpose behind our actions. The wealth produced by Upsquare must be channeled to uplift the lives of the less fortunate, helping them unlock their full potential and live fulfilling lives in a state of flow.
Enrise was established as a distinct entity to extend beyond our group’s efforts, inviting volunteers from around the world to join our mission and make the world a more habitable place.

Kavita Vaishnav
I often hear comments that I am too compassionate and that my skills are sometimes taken advantage of by others for their own selfish interests.
While I appreciate the concern, I embrace my compassionate nature and the consequences that come with it because it is a fundamental part of who I am and how I choose to live my life.
When my better half, UV, and I founded Upsquare’s Foundation – Enrise, I knew it was the perfect outlet for my desire to give back to society.
Enrise enables us to make a positive impact on both those we are helping and ourselves. By building stronger communities and promoting social cohesion through our efforts, we can contribute to the greater good and make a meaningful difference in the world.
As Sudha Murthy said, “Vision without a mission is merely a dream; action without vision is merely passing time; but vision and action together can change the world.” At Enrise, we strive to live by this philosophy and make a lasting impact through our actions.

Enrise Social Foundation runs targeted programs to address diverse educational needs for those who need it the most.
Animal Welfare
In a society where many humans are not treated humanely, who will care for animals? Many animals experience neglect, abuse, and unnecessary suffering for various human benefits, including food production and research.
At Enrise Social Foundation, we believe that animals have moral value and are entitled to certain basic rights.
We lead and participate in programs dedicated to animal welfare, striving to ensure their well-being and protection.
