Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Upsquare Technosys Pvt. Ltd. strives to provide high-quality products and services. This refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks are handled for payments made via Razorpay, PayU, PayPal, Stripe, and other payment gateways.

Once processed, orders for digital products, such as software, subscriptions, and consulting services, are non-cancellable. In exceptional cases, cancellation requests may be reviewed at our discretion. For custom development and consulting services, cancellation may be possible before project initiation, subject to deductions for any work completed. Only partial refunds may be considered based on progress and resource allocation if the project has started.

Refunds are considered in cases of duplicate payments due to a technical error, payment failures where the amount is debited but service is not activated, or unintentional charges caused by a system error on our part. Refunds are not applicable for change-of-mind requests, delays caused by third-party dependencies, or dissatisfaction due to reasons beyond our scope.

Approved refunds will be processed within 07-14 business days through the original payment method. Refund times may vary based on the payment gateway’s policies (Razorpay, PayU, PayPal, Stripe, etc.). We will provide relevant documentation to resolve the case if a chargeback or dispute is raised via the payment gateway. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to suspension of services. Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating disputes to allow resolution.
